Liam Grady
I work within the litigation team and closely with our Legal Directors, Christine and Richard on the litigation side of Hayes Connor.
I deal with a wide variety of data breach claims and it is my job to make sure that those parties responsible for such incidents understand that my clients are entitled to claim compensation and achieve the best possible outcome for them.
I take time to explain every step of the claims process to my clients and to keep them fully up to date at all times.
Career
Before working in legal sector, I spent 11 years working in customer service in the retail sector initially taking inbound calls before moving on to an administration role.
In 2018 I joined Forster Dean and I worked in the first response team taking initial enquiry details and sending out initial document packs for Road Traffic Accident claims, together with employer’s liability and public liability claims.
In 2019 I moved over to Hayes Connor to join the Legal Services team before eventually progressing to my current role in 2021.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, my main hobby is following football. I have been a season ticket holder for Liverpool FC since I was eight years old and have spent a lot of my time following them all over the country and in Europe.
I love to travel and Las Vegas is definitely my favourite place to go - anyone who gets the chance to go should definitely get over there.
I love city breaks in Europe too, even better when the city breaks are for football trips.
I also enjoy going to live music events and socialising with friends over a few cold beers.
