Jasmine Simpson

Before joining Hayes Connor in 2023 as a Paralegal Apprentice I worked in an elderly nursing and residential care home for 4 years, this is where I developed my people skills which has become useful when dealing with day to day client enquiries.

I am responsible for on boarding new client’s and answering initial queries to assess whether they have a potential claim before the matters are passed to our legal team.  My working day is varied dealing with both new enquiries and with our existing client base. I work closely with both my legal services colleagues as well as the wider legal team.

I enjoy working at Hayes Connor Solicitors, I would say my favourite part is the relationship we have with one another in the office. Since being part of the Legal Services Team, my skills and knowledge have grown surrounding Data Breach area of law, and once I have completed my Paralegal apprenticeship I hope to progress within the company.

Personal Interests

During my time out of work I am usually quite busy spending time with family and friends, I love socialising and doing new things. I definitely have a love for travel and hope to see as much of the world as possible, I think that Thailand is next on the bucket list.
