Donna Johnson

My role at Hayes Connor is within the Legal Services Team as a Legal Assistant.  Our team are responsible for all of the initial enquiries and calls from new clients and present.  My role ensures that clients have the opportunity to discuss their situation with someone who can listen and advise offering support and ensuring a positive on-boarding experience before the matter is taken over by our Legal experts.

Career

I joined Hayes Conner in 2023 after spending many years working as an administrator for various law firms. I genuinely look forward to coming to work at Hayes Connor, you never know what a day can bring especially with the complex cases that you might get on the day.  It is a constant learning curve and colleagues from all departments are always collaborating ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Personally, I thrive working in the law sector as it is so varied and interesting. There are many challenges and aspects to the work and I am always kept fully engaged.

Personal Interests

My family life is where my heart lies spending quality time with my children, partner and our dog Honey however, I always manage to find time for my hobbies and pastimes as they are important to me for my own wellbeing.

I enjoy archery and am a member of an archery club.  I also cycle lots preferring mountain biking these days and hiking up a mountain when I manage to get the time but my real passion is in strength training.

I am a creative person and I like to make my own organic beauty products such as body butters, lip balms and soaps.
