Alicia Byrne

Before joining Hayes Connor, I spent 2 years in a customer service role within a Pharmacy. I dealt with a number of people on a daily basis gaining experience in customer service. This experience has been invaluable in my role at Hayes Connor.

I have gained further and extensive experience within my role at Hayes Connor dealing with initial enquiries and client queries. I enjoy my role within the company and dealing with clients on a regular basis and gaining a relationship directly with clients and helping them with guidance for the next steps of pursuing a claim.

During my time at Hayes Connor, I passed my Business Administration apprenticeship and look forward to gaining further qualifications as I progress my career with the firm.

Personal Interests

In my free time I like to spend time with my family & friends. I also like to travel and have regular holidays to different destinations to explore.
